After a long and fruitless search Kulwinder Kaur is excited to finally call Amber home.

Kulwinder learned of Amber after being referred by a friend, who had purchased two blocks of land himself.

The combination of a friendly face in the neighbourhood and Amber’s prime location presented an offer that was too good for Kulwinder to refuse, as she purchased a block next door to her friend.

“I wanted to find somewhere that would develop into a close-knit community, but wasn’t too far from the city either,” Said Kulwinder.

“Amber is the best of both worlds: suburban living, but on the outskirts of the CBD. I love that I can hop on the freeway and be at work in half an hour.

“A surplus of local amenities means that everything we need is nearby, Amber really encompasses all aspects of modern community living,” Said Kulwinder.

Due to be married in a month, Kulwinder and her partner are excited to build their future together at Amber.
